What to do if something goes wrong with your phone

Fly phones are all put through a lot of testing. First we test them ourselves to make sure they work really well. Then, once we are happy with them, we get mobile phone operators to test them to make sure they work on different mobile phone networks. All this means that it is pretty unusual for something to go wrong. However, from time to time things don’t go as expected. If there is a feature that doesn’t seem to be working, you might like to take a look at the user guide to see if that helps.

If you still have an issue, please take the phone back to the place you bought it and ask them to help you. They will be able to advise you how to resolve the problem and, if necessary, send the phone to their repair centre.
